Do I need hosting through bookkeepinc?

No. Google Sites is free to host — there are no hosting fees. Your domain simply points to your Google Site via DNS. You pay for your domain registration directly.

Who pays for Zoho Books?

You pay Zoho directly. bookkeepinc charges a once-off setup fee for configuring your profile. There is no ongoing payment to us — your subscription is between you and Zoho.

Will I actually own my domain and email?

Absolutely. Ownership is fully transferred to you. We register the domain on your behalf and then move it to your account. You own and control everything.

Do I need accounting knowledge to use Zoho Books?

Not to start. The training session covers the day-to-day workflows your team needs: issuing invoices, recording expenses, reconciling accounts. No accounting degree required.

Is Zoho Books compliant with SARS requirements?

Yes. Zoho Books supports VAT returns, tax invoices, and reporting in line with SARS requirements for South African businesses. We configure this correctly during setup.
